Sydney Morning Herald's 2015 Chef of the Year Brent Savage has designed a 7-course tasting menu that will be the sole offering on both Saturday February 13 and Sunday February 14 at Bentley Restaurant + Bar. The tasting menu can include optional wine pairing by 2015 Gourmet Traveller Sommelier of the Year, Nick Hildebrandt, for an additional $100.
