Work In Progress @patrickfriesen - Pop-up Bar


Can they do anything wrong? It doesn't seem so. Merivale have today announced they are set to launch 'Work In Progress @patrickfriesen', a fried chicken and noodle pop-up bar in the CBD, on Thursday 27 February. 

The brains behind the project is Patrick Friesen, Papi Chuhlo's head chef. It will open as part of March Into Merivale, a huge part in Sydney's food and wine scene.

Patrick has designed a short and punchy menu of Asian fried chicken, Hong Kong noodles and tasty snacks. The food will be complimented with a fun and fresh cocktail menu, as well as some amazing wine and beers.

Located in in the bustling heart of the CBD, ‘Work in Progress @patrickfriesen’ is the perfect spot for a quick and easy lunch or to enjoy with friends over a coupl eof cheeky ones.
