Where The Good Smoothies At?

It's finally getting warmer! With a winter full of soups and hot meals, it's time for something more refreshing. Here a couple of yummy, healthy and refreshing smoothies to try this spring.

If wholefoods, chia seeds and all organic produce are hard to add to your daily meals, just one of the EOTU wholefoods smoothies will do the job. They offer various combinations including raw macca powder, coconut oil, organic seed milk and more. And man, are they good!

Hate when you can’t change the menu? First Drop allows you to mix and match and offer both regular and vegan ingredients to pick from! As well as digestive assisting probiotic yoghurt. What better way to treat your body than one of these smoothies for breakie!

Aboutlife

Not just wholefoods grocers and wellness lovers, the Aboutlife team serve up some super smoothies that cater to all, always tasty and packed full of healthy ingredients. From anti-inflammatory to high protein, there is definitely a smoothie to suit you. Maybe on the more expensive side, but these guys are worth it.

Four ate FiveSurry Hills 

Located on Crown Street, this little café has a lot of competitors, but never ceases to impress! ‘The Chronic’ superfood smoothie will have your taste buds AND your insides dancing. I know we are strictly speaking smoothies here, but the atmosphere and staff are an added feature to four ate five’s vibrant charm. 

Bread and Circus - Alexandria

The diverse menu at bread and circus offers a unique group of ‘blends’ that are fruit, plant based and so so fresh. Often resembling juices, the smoothies are light and go well with lunch or a coffee. The coconut smoothie comprises the water and flesh of a coconut with banana and fresh berries. I’m sold on that one for sure!
