The Ternary Garden Bar comes just in time for summer

Hidden in undiscovered territory between Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour and ibis Sydney Darling Harbour lies a spacious terrace that has been transformed into a secret garden oasis - introducing The Ternary Garden Bar. Sprouting up for summer from now until 28 February 2017, The Ternary Garden Bar operates from Thursday through to Sunday and offers delicious food, refreshing beverages and chilled tunes.

This relaxed garden-like setting, complete with tall palms and overhanging fairy lights, boasts sweeping views of the Sydney city skyline and is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sunshine this summer.

The short and sweet bar menu includes a handful of cocktails including the Ternary Frosé topped with edible flowers, The Garden Spritz, White Wine Sangria and Cascade Ginger Beer with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, mint and lime on tap, however also available in giant jugs for those drinking with a crowd.  A carefully curated wine and boutique beer list is also available by the glass and bottle, as well as a selection of Cascade non-alcoholic beverages.

Feeling peckish? Choose from an assortment of nibbles including freshly shucked oysters by the half or dozen, buckets of King Prawns and Mini Chorizo Hotdogs with piquillo peppers to name a few.

The backyard vibe extends to Friday and Sunday afternoons when The Ternary Garden Bar heats things up with a summer BBQ. On Fridays, either an entire lamb or pig will be roasted on a spit and served with seasonal sides and crusty bread rolls and relishes, and Sundays is home to a good ol’ Aussie BBQ, because who doesn’t love a prawn fresh off the barbie?

As the sun sets on Darling Harbour, The Ternary Garden Bar also provides guests a chance to unwind further while they enjoy the relaxed, yet upbeat tunes played by some of Sydney’s best DJs.
