Our Favourite Places For Acai Bowls

Acai berry is the world’s new favourite thing. That’s totally okay with us because they just happen to be an amazing food full of health benefits… and are really delicious! Acai bowls are popping up on menu’s Sydney-wide, and these are our favourite places.

Sadhana Kitchen - 147 Enmore Road, Enmore

Having the title of Sydney’s first organic whole foods and raw foods cafe, Sadhana Kitchen in Enmore makes an amazing Acai Booster super food smoothie. You should definitely splurge and try it with a ‘not-ella’ cheese cake for a full on flavour explosion. The fact they home deliver to Sydney metro areas puts Sadhana high on the list for those needing a little more nutrition in their lives.

Fresh Blend - 143A Raglan Street, Mosman

After you’ve completed your morning yoga routine on Balmoral Beach, wander up to Fresh Blend in Mosman to grab an acai bowl or one of their many fresh juices and smoothies. Perfect after-exercise pick me up.

Jed’s Food Store - 60 Warners Avenue, Bondi

After a big night on the town, Jed’s Food Store in Bondi is where you need to be for that ultimate hangover cure. If their acai berry bowl doesn’t charge those juices back up, maybe their Jamaican porridge and chorizo eggs will do the trick.

Bills359 Crown Street, Surry Hills

Bills in Surry Hills is only one of three Sydney locations, the others being Bondi and Darlinghurst and is brought to you by none other than Bill Granger, yes the guy from the TV and on all those books. The breakfast menu is amazing including, of course, their acai bowl, which is topped with granola, honey and fresh fruit.

Pure Wholefoods10 Darley Road, Manly

Catch the ferry over to Manly for a very different experience at Pure Wholefoods. Not only is their acai berry blend bowl with toasted muesli and fresh banana pure heaven for breakfast, but their menu is full of paleo-friendly options making it a healthy haven for foodies wanting a more organic outlook on food.

Bondi Wholefoods30A Hastings Parade, North Bondi

There is so much to say about beautiful Bondi Wholefoods down in, you guessed it, Bondi! Their Acai Antiox Breakfast bowl is dairy-free and vegan-friendly and is jammed packed full of yummy goodies - acai berries blended with organic juice and frozen fruits, topped with Farmer Joe’s cinnamon almond granola, organic coconut flakes and seasonal organic fresh fruits.
