Fratelli Del Mare is Italian for ‘brothers by the sea’. This name describes perfectly the two brothers-in-law, all of whom are Cronulla residents, who work together and surf together. The two Pauls as they are known to their friends, Paul Farrugia and Paul Breheny , have worked as chefs at some of the finest restaurants and resorts in the world. Their restaurant features Italian cuisine with a modern Australian twist.
